Hand Built Mugs + Wheel Thrown Pour Bowl Saturday 9/19 @ 4pm Twisted Moon Studios You can do more than you think you can--and this includes building your own mug from clay! In this workshop, you will learn step by step how to build your very own mug using slab and hand building techniques. A variety of tools will be available to add textures and special details, and an instructor will help you craft the perfect handle for your mug But wait! It gets even better...You will also get to take a pottery wheel for a spin. As a bonus, you will have the opportunity to throw on the wheel to create a small pour bowl to accompany your mug. After creating, your pieces will stay at the studio to dry and go through their bisque firing. Once they’re ready, you’ll return at your convenience for a second creative session to glaze your work in any colors or styles you love.
