Service Description
Kids Painting Birthday Package -- $240 * Up to 10 artists (each additional artist is $22) (20 total guest capacity) * 2 hours of semi-private studio space rental, supplies, & instructor and assistant instructor. * 16x20 sized canvas (other sizes available upon request) * Special birthday gift for the birthday artist Optional Add Ons: * Custom themed digital invitation: $20 * Custom goody bag party favors: $8 per guest * Face Painting: $20 Additional Details: Outside food & drinks are permitted. However, we ask that guests do not try to eat and do the activity at the same time. The activity usually lasts 1.5 hours leaving about 30 minutes to enjoy food & drinks. You can arrive no more than 15 min early to set up any food or snacks. We often have back to back parties, & our staff need time to flip the space for the next event, therefore we cannot accommodate set up earlier than 15 minutes prior to the start of the event. We will provide one extra table for food and gifts. Birthday artist gets to pick a design for the canvas. We can provide suggestions or take ideas. Canvases will be pre-sketched, unless requested to leave blank. Design idea should be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event. PLEASE NOTE: Due to space restrictions, the studio can accommodate 20 total guests (This includes participants & spectators). We ask nonparticipating parents to drop off. If your party requires more capacity, we can arrange to book a private event before or after regular studio hours to accommodate a larger capacity. Please add an additional $50 to your party package for any party booked before or after our regular studio hours. Party participants are expected to have their belongings packed up no later than 10 minutes past the end of your studio party reservation. A $50 rental fee will be added to your package for an any additional 30 minute reservation. Decorations should be minimal with no décor taped to the walls, hung from shelves or blocking our entrance. A cleaning fee of $30 will be added to parties that leave the studio in an unacceptable condition (damage to walls, tables, chairs, or other supplies or merchandise). We will handle trash & basic clean up, but we ask that guests take with them any large boxes they brought in. Deposit for Birthday Parties: A $100 deposit is required for all birthday party reservations. Upon booking, you will receive an invoice to pay your deposit. Your party is not secured until the deposit is received.
